Frame-0018 (Collection) A Re-Do of an Oldie.

Hi Everyone,

So like I said yesterday I am cleaning out some files. Well I came across a set of 5 frames that I made and never posted... well, sort of never posted.  I posted just one in the collection as a Christmas Frame. It was back in December of 2014 and I only posted that one because the others weren't holiday themed and I just didn't think I should.

So today I decided it was a good time to post them, but I really liked the concept of the frames and how I designed them, so I decided to make some more and do a few in some fall colors because it's that season, so why not?

So this collection of 5 frames is now a collection of 12!! I tried to go with different color and style variations so they can be used for the seasons or for anything really.

I decided to share these as PNG files and so I put them all together in a .rar file. I just think that made more sense than posting the collections in two different formats right?  So as always... Free to Use... colorize, add, subtract, share... whatever you want. But again, as always, I only ask you leave my link on the frame layer if you share. It's very little to ask right?

Each Frame is it's own individual file with just the one layer. Below is a sample of what the 12 frames look like. They look much better in their actual size but to save space I shrunk the sample down some.

Frame-0017 Collection

So I have been going through my files and cleaning stuff out. I have a ton of projects that I started and never completed. Some of them I found interesting enough to hold onto in case one day I think I can do something with them. 

This collection of frames were made in 2008.... so they are pretty old and their style will reflect that. Nothing super cool or funky, but I thought I would share them. You can feel free to do whatever you want to them. Colorize, add, subtract... etc. 

I put them all in one file as layers. I X'd out most of the layers because it made the files a bit smaller. I was pretty surprised to discover that PSD files are much bigger than PSP files. Not sure why that is. Anyway... I just wanted to toss these up in case anyone was interested. I plan on adding more old files over the next few days.... so keep and eye out for updates.

Paper Pack-0002 - Grungy Lace

I was in a mood to just play around today. I had worked on the lace part of these papers a few days ago. So once I put a few more things together... I was pleased and made 6 new papers. Each one is slightly different than the other. It just reminded me of something that used to be pretty and lacey, but over time because worn and grungy... I liked them... So I am sharing.  The mask used to make the sample can be found on my blog here : Swirled Mask – 0005 All papers are 900 x 900 in size so you have some room to play around. (Sample not shown in actual size)
Feel free to snag the masked paper. It is done in a PNG format so no background. You can also colorize it as well. This is why I did the black and white paper as a sample.

Frame-0009 and Frame-0010 - Noisy Collections

So I guess being without my graphics for 2 days inspired me. I made a new template, a new tag and then tonight I made these two frame collections. It started with my goal to make another template, but as I went along, I thought these would make great frames. Well I just fell in love with them and made a bunch of color combinations. I wanted to make even more but I thought two sets of 5 would be enough for now. I may eventually turn this into a “Colorize for yourself” Frame Template… but for now… enjoy these frames. There are five frames in each pack. The colors are hard to gauge by the whole sample set, so I gave you a close up to really see the colors and textures.

12 New Masks!

I wrote this blog post that had a little about my day and then the masks. Well I have always had issues with Blogger when adding images. It always throws off the formatting and that post was no different. The links for all the masks ended up being wrong. After spending more time on it than I should have… I threw my hands up in the air and walked away. Well here it is 3:30 AM and I can’t sleep. No, No… not because of this… but I figured if I can’t sleep anyway, I might as well get up and fix the blog because truth is… it would have made me crazy eventually anyway. :) Ok… So I present to you 12 new masks that I created. I know some of them are kind of ugly… but they have a light gray in there to give it a more translucent look. Give them a try. I was going to make samples for each mask.. but the truth is.. some of them look better with darker colors and some with light etc, etc. I was too cranky to make the samples. So…. That’s that in a hat. LOL So all you need to do is right click over the Mask you want and choose “Save Image As” or whatever similar thing your browser has. It will save in it’s full size for you which is 800 x 800 except for 11 and 12.

Stitched Mask and Companion Mask 0001

Every now and then I get an itch to make some masks.  I am calling this a "Stitched Companion Set" because they work with each other, or you can use them separately. Because the stitched mask has a lot of open spaces to it, and it has a stitched edge, I made the companion mask so that you can fill in those spaces to the perfect size if you wanted to use a similar background like I did in my sample.

The stitched mask is the darker color and the inset was lightened up to show some contrast.

Below are samples of each mask individually to show how they look when used.

I have no idea why they aren't showing a white background. But I promise you they come out clean.
