Greetings everyone! Thank you for finding your way to Dreamah Designs. I figured I should write a little disclaimer here and keep it up so that people can reference this whenever they need to.
First my Terms of Use : Everything I post in a blog here is Free to Use in any way you see fit. You can change anything about my designs that you want to. All I really ask is that you not claim anything I have created as your own and if you share anything you got from here then please leave the "Designed By" layer in tact so people can find there way here if they like my stuff.
What about Commercial Use? Sure why not? I don't personally think my stuff is good enough for commercial use... that's why it's free to use, but if you do, well thank you... have at it!
Do you require any kind of credit? Well... Ok... I don't require any kind of credit on tags or stationary or stuff like that. It would be silly really. I guess the only time I would ask for credit is if you create a tutorial or something along those lines using something I made... then on the blog post itself maybe a link back to my blog would be nice. It's not mandatory... just nice.
Are you Copyright Compliant? Yep! You will see on my blog posts that I post my license for all the tubes (artists work) that I use. I also post links in the blog to the artists site, as well as where the tube used can be purchased.
I do find elements and things that I use now and then on the internet. However I always look for "Royalty Free" or "Free Image Stock" sites etc. I also use free font websites and clip art sites. I try and be very cautious as to what I am using and read websites terms of use carefully before I take on anything.
There are times tho that people will make websites with images they have taken from other sites and though they are listed as being free to use on their sites, they may not have been from wherever they grabbed the image from.
If something on my blog is yours and you can prove ownership and or credit to something. Please feel free to contact me directly and I will remove whatever the image is.
Most of the stuff I create is generally 100% created by me from scratch, but now and then I will add an enhancement or something.
